I spent years weight training, chasing strength - but I never truly felt connected to my body.
That all changed when I discovered Pilates just before getting pregnant.
What started as a way to stay active through each trimester quickly became something much more powerful.
Pilates helped me build strength from the inside out, reconnect with my core, and move in a way that felt supportive, not punishing.
And the most surprising part? My results - physically, mentally and emotionally - have been better than ever.
Now, as a Level 4 Pre- and Postnatal Pilates Instructor and qualified Nutritionist, I’m passionate about helping other women feel the same shift.
I know what it’s like to juggle a busy life, a toddler, a to-do list and the constant desire to feel like yourself in your body again.
My classes are a space to build strength, find calm and connect with yourself - even if just for 50 minutes a week.
